How Bloomora handles inquiry details and analytics choices.
Privacy at Bloomora
This page explains, in simple terms, how Bloomora handles information you choose to share and optional website measurement.
Information you send us
When you contact Bloomora or prepare an availability request, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, preferred studio category, and message.
How the availability request works
The website uses the details you enter only to prepare a pre-filled email in your own email application. The website does not send the inquiry for you; you decide whether to send that email to Bloomora.
How we use inquiry information
Once you send an email to Bloomora, we use the information in it only to respond to your inquiry, suggest suitable availability, and communicate with you about your stay request.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Bloomora uses Google Analytics only when you allow Analytics in the cookie settings. This helps us understand how visitors use the website and improve the experience. Bloomora also uses Meta Pixel for advertising measurement only when you allow Marketing / Advertising in the cookie settings. These tools help us understand the effectiveness of our advertising.
Bloomora does not send the personal contents of the availability form — such as your name, contact details, dates, guest numbers, or message — to Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta as analytics or advertising event parameters.
Your choices
Analytics and Marketing / Advertising are separate optional choices and are denied by default. You can accept all optional tracking, reject it, or manage each category separately. You can change a previous choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using the website or preparing an availability request.
